Who am I?

Trained at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama and having studied under renowned figures in children’s literature, including Julia Donaldson, author of The Gruffalo, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to inspire and empower young minds. With a unique blend of skills from over twenty-two years in sustainable architecture and urban design, along with my deep love for reading, writing, and illustration, I offer a cross-disciplinary approach to nurturing creativity in children.

I created Saci Books to give children a platform to bring their own stories to life, combining my passion for literature with a belief in the power of storytelling to inspire confidence, curiosity, and self-expression.

Through Saci Books, I aim to nurture young voices and make publishing an accessible and exciting journey for every child.

I am proud to have published The Boy Who Didn’t Like the Night and Who Has the Key to Lockdown as the first step in creating Saci Books.
