Saci Books – Return and Refund Policy
At Saci Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
-
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product or service you purchase from us has a major problem.
-
A product or service has a major problem when:
-
It is unsafe.
-
It is significantly different from the sample or description provided.
-
It does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot easily be fixed.
-
If the problem is not major, we will repair or remedy it within a reasonable time. If it is not remedied within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer warranties and our store policies.
2. Change of Mind
-
We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
-
However, at our sole discretion, we may allow an exchange or store credit if the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, you will be responsible for return postage costs.
3. Physical Products (Books, Kits, Merchandise)
-
If your product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you may request a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the ACL.
-
To lodge a claim, please contact us at hello@sacibooks.com with proof of purchase and clear photos (if applicable).
-
Products must be returned with all original packaging where possible.
4. Digital Products (E-Books, Downloadable Resources, Online Materials)
-
Digital products, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable kits, PDFs, and other electronic resources, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been processed and the download link or file has been provided.
-
Refunds for digital products will only be granted if the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described, in which case we will provide a replacement file or alternative access at no additional cost.
-
Please ensure your device and software are compatible with our digital products before purchase, as incompatibility does not constitute grounds for a refund.

-
Digital course materials (such as recordings, slides, or workbooks) are treated as digital products and cannot be refunded once supplied, unless defective or not as described.
