Saci Books – Shipping Policy

At Saci Books, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition via Australia Post or another partner delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Australia Post or delivery partner tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We ship all physical products (books, kits, merchandise) using Australia Post or delivery partner standard or express services.

  • Estimated delivery times within Australia (via Australia Post):

    • Standard Post: 3–7 business days

    • Express Post: 1–3 business days

  • International shipping via Australia Post depends on destination and may take up to 15–20 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Australia Post may experience delays due to peak periods, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions – these will be specified at the time of purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, your order can be tracked using the Australia Post or delivery partner tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

  • Visit auspost.com.au to check delivery progress.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items

  • While we take care in packaging, items may occasionally be lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping.

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sacibooks.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • Saci Books is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders shipped via Australia Post may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes.
